Powerplant was the very first beer we ever brewed in winter before we had full power supply, hence the name. It is a Belgian classic fermented at high temperatures to bring out all those great saison yeast characteristics. Big aromas of fruit and spice carry through into the flavor. The result is a hearty and complex, yet wholly drinkable beer.

Ma kosmiczna piane, az trudno nalac. Ale co dziwniejsze: jest bardzo slodki! I o dziwo to pasuje do tradycyjnych, saisonowych nutek.

Draft @ beertemple. Aroma of dry yeast, tart and pepper. Taste of mild tart, yeast, grass, pepper, cream and a mildly sour finish. Strange, but kind of nice.

330ml bottle. Barely clear, amber colour with very huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Cautious, fruity and minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints if dried apricot and peach. Taste is moderately sweet fruity, slightly sugary, intense notes of peach and apricot, peppery yeasty spicy counterpart with hints of white and black pepper, bitter hoppy overtones; fizzy, prickling carbonation disturbes the condensed peach basis displaying an almost viscous texture.

Tap at Amboss Rampe. A hoppy amd strong saison, a bit bready, quite heavy, long bitterness. Rather feels like an IPA, actually.

Draft. An amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices, lemons, straw, and caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of lemons, spices, alcohol, oranges, and dusty hops, leading to a bitter finish.
