Bottle, thanks for sharing. Pours a hazy amber brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of fruits and apple with some earthy grains. Flavor has notes of bread and grain with some light fruits underlying.

Bottle - Roast malts, cherry and yeast. Cloudy dark brown with a brown head. Dark sugars, bourbon, cherry and Belgian yeast. The individual components don’t marry well into what is expected.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out sour cherries, followed by cocoa, Belgian yeast, and bourbon. Flavour is pretty decadent, but also thinner on the mouthfeel than anticipated, with notes of tart cherries upfront, followed by dry cocoa, Belgian yeast and rounding off with bourbon barrels. Thinner on the mouthfeel than expected for a barrel aged Belgian strong. Good stuff.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear dark brown with light head of big bubbles. Aromas of dust/chalk, stale bourbon, and raisins. Flavors of brown sugar, roasted malts, bourbon, and a bit of dark fruit. Dry, full, a bit sweet and hot. Interesting.

Bottle. Dark brown beer with a tan head. Bourbon and chocolate aroma with light fruitiness. Bourbon and chocolate flavor with banana, spice, fruitiness, and caramel. Medium-plus bodied. Bourbon and chocolate lingers with cherry, yeast, and light spice. Gets a little too much cola influence.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Bottle # 34/150. Hazy, red-brown colour with a big,off-white head. Sweet and rich aroma with grapes, minerals, oak, cocoa nips, somewhat tart. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body, creamy texture, too excessive carbonation. Finishes tart with alcohol and vanilla notes. A complex beer.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with some sediment floating around under a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, alcohol, and prunes. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, prunes, wood, cocoa beans, brettanomyces, and alcohol, leading to a tart finish.
