Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruitywwoody tart sour aroma. Fruity malty woody tart flavor. Has a fruity malty woody sour tart finish.

Bottle during RBSG 2014 Bus Tour at Perennial’s Barrel Room. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of funk, citrus, apples. Tastes of floral notes, light funk, apples. Medium body with a dry finish.

Unlabeled bottle at Perennial - RBSG St. Louis. Pours cloudy yellow with white head. Nose/taste of funk, lemon, cake malt and light acid. Medium body.

Sampled from the bottle at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a sweet grain, light fruit, grass and a bit of a barrel backing. Flavor has sour light fruit with some light grain and barrel backing.

Bottle @ Perennial during RBSG. Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a white head. The aroma is floral and funky. Lavender, pear, apricot, funky nose. Somewhat tart. I wasn’t overly impressed with the flavor. Some brett funk, stone fruits, cracker, and dough notes. Some herbal notes. Pretty drinkable but I wasn’t too impressed.
