On tap @ Perennial during RBSG. Pours a touch hazy golden orange appearance with a lasting off white head. Aroma has oranges, tangerine, wood, and some flowers. The wood isn’t that overly powerful in the flavor but is present. Citrus, moderate bitterness, and some floral notes. Ok.

750mL bottle pours slightly hazy deep gold with loose light tan head. The aroma offers up citrus like tangelo notes that quickly get resiny with wood sap spiciness. The taste is similar with a nice citrusy orange to tangelo sensation and then leading into more and more bitterness with resiny wood spicy notes. The malts that sweeten up the citrus and the spicy wood are in good balance and make for a pleasingly bitter experience.

Capped 750 from Wine& Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours hazy light amber with a creamy off-white head. Mild citrus over caramel for aroma. Med +body. It’s quite citrus. Almost zest. Maybe more than almost. The caramel is in the background. It’s quite bitter, and there’s an oaky astringency. Finishes quite bitter. Nice IPA from the folks in the East.
