On tap @ Cask Pub & Kitchen. It's super cloudy this, the next step on the scale would have been murky and it has a deep copper almost bronze colored body with a medium sized fading and light lacing off-white head. Really sticky and a little bit nutty sweet on the nose this. I get tones of alcohol and vanilla. Lots of flavor here! It has a near sticky thick mouthfeel this and the carbonation is just small and prickling. Loaded with hops this but it's still somewhat balanced. Glazed red apples, lots of malty caramel drops, some sweet jam and a little bit of apple cake. The alcohol is well hidden. Light mouthdrying in the aftertaste. A big powerful punchy double IPA that just grows on your and gets tastier and tastier. 08.11.2013

Keg at Craft, 19th December 13. Nice palate, hops a bit muted, due to age if keg according to barman, so more malt notes and sweetness. Still nice
