A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana, mineral notes, coriander, nice. In mouth, a smooth sweet fruity malt with banana, coriander, curacao, very nice.

Keg at Worthy Burger - South Royalton, VT. Pours lightly hazy, bright yellow-gold with a moderate, frothy white head. The nose holds lightly dried dough, some Belgian yeast, straw. Medium sweet flavor with a sturdy, doughy malt foundation, hints of bubblegum, lightly soicy yeast, mellow straw bitterness, hints of mandarin orange. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate sweetness to finish, some orange merengue, doughy malts, Belgian yeast, mellow bitterness. Really drinkable stuff - as a saison ought to be.
