Location: 22 oz bottle from State Line, 5/23/13, Palindromic Rating #3003

Aroma: The aroma has spice and pale malts, a bit of earthy hops, some grass, and a hint of honey
Appearance: It pours a reddish-orange color with a frothy beige head and mid-plus lace
Flavor: The taste is much like the nose, it is malty and spicy with honey, and a bit of sweetness to it
Palate: The body is mid-plus, it has lively carbonation, a bit of stickiness, and touch of heat
Overall Impression: This beer is interesting, and it works pretty well. I definitely found it to be decent enough, but score-wise, I couldn't go too much higher than this.

Bomber from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours a lightly hazy gold with a 4 finger foamy white head. Aroma is clean mild citrus - foam likely in the way. Medium body; foamy carbonation. Flavor is rather saison. A touch of yeast/spice, light pepper, imaginary funk. Maybe not wolly imaginary. Citrus note towards the finish. Very nice beer. Not bitter, but not really sweet either.

Shaker pint draft at Sugar Maple in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Pour is a hazed golden light copper with a smallish white head. Aroma is sweet malt, alomg with a touch of bright fruit (apple). Taste is a nice blend of mildly sweet malt and a yeasty spice, bordering on clove taste. Simple, mostly clean. Palate is medium bodied, coats the mouth nicely, carbonation is low and soft. Fun idea, decently executed.
