The Beer Heard ‘Round the World. An American Pale Stout, brewed with substantial amounts of malted wheat, oats and flaked barley for a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Fuggle hops provide delicate, earthy notes while the cranberries create a sinister bloody hue, adding a slight tartness. The pre-sparge-brain-addition (yes, you read that right) provides this beer with intriguing, subtle notes of smoke.

From tap, American Pale Stout. Pours hazy amber to orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight caramelish. Sweet, toasted and slight caramelish. Bitter and mil toasted malty. Dry and slight bitter finish. Not sure what the goat brain ads....

Bottle shared by Ryan at 11K/7K/5K. Thanks! Pours brown with off white head. Nose/taste of light malt, cranberry, toasted grain, light smoke and toasted malt. Medium body. I can’t taste the brains. I guess I’m not a zombie.
