Bottle pour @ Cardiff Giant. Wine glass. Creamy honey pour. Smell is a little earthy, but airs out. Pollen, something berry-ish, light funk, yeast. Acidic carbonation, creamy texture. Tight, watery apples. Lingering bitterness. Good skin tannins. Chewy. Waxy. Faint oxidation. Sulfites hurt. Meh.
