Bottle. Pours with a hazy golden hued body with a white head that leaves good lace. Aromas are of oak, lactone, suntan lotion, citrusy, funky, dry, medium yeasty, esters, lightly grassy. Flavors are very dry and fruity, grainy, light oak, funky phenolics, citrus, rich, dupont like yeast, with a bit of an aged brett character. Lively carbonation and a bone dry finish.

Bottle @ Darkness Day 2012 shared with friends and a couple of dirty hippies. A bit hazy, pretty bright golden appearance with an off white head. A bit spicy, straw, light lemon citrusy, a bit herbal aroma. Mild barnyard, somewhat spicy, lemon citrusy flavor. Not a bad brew and Iβm looking forward to having more of their stuff in the future.

Enjoyed at home. 750ML in a HFS tulip at 65 Degrees F. Pours a gorgesous bright clear yellow. Huge solid white carbonation that starts big and fades to a finger and sticks around with a huge amount of bubbles. Smell is full of honey and grapes with wheat and french bread. Taste is Unique. Sort of boring bland chewy wheat taste followed by a very dry grape skin taste, honey and spices.

750 ml bottle that lets loose with a hiss and pours a dingy straw color with a thin white head. Aromas are a little grassy with some spice (coriander and white pepper?) a little lemon and some honey. Flavor is a nice mix of lemon peel tartness and some grass and honey. Itβs pretty dry but some sugar does come through to balance the tart edges.

Pour is a lemonaid looking cloudy yellow. Aroma is fruity and floral with lots of yeasty notes. Flavor is lemon juice bitter with some fruity esters and biscut malt. Finish is super dry and leaves some camomile tea on the tounge. Decent take on the style, kinda saison 101 for those new to the style.

To finish drinking? Ok. Capped 750 from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours dishwater gold with champagne bubbles and a foamy white head. Aroma is citric and slightly earthy. And somewhat fruity. Full bodied with foamy carb. Flavor is citric, earthy, yeast/spicy. Frickin brilliant. Finishes nicely dry.
