Dry farmhouse ale fermented with a mixed culture of saccharomyces and brettanomyces for an earthy approachable funk. Made with flaked corn to give it a light balanced grainy sweetness.

Location: 750ml bottle from Sparrow - Downtown, 8/16/16
Aroma: Bright, funky aroma, lots of pepper / spice and earth, some lemon zest
Appearance: Pours a cloudy orange color with a frothy off-white head and fairly heavy lacework
Flavor: The taste is lemon up-front, with a spice and funk mid-palate through close
Palate: The body is medium, with a nice, spicy, funk, and dry feel / finish to it
Overall Impression: Transmitter with another really nice yeast-forward beer. Has a really nice flavor from the yeast, a nice brett-style dryness, and just a really solid flavor profile overall. I like this beer quite a bit. Well-made, complex, and incredibly drinkable.

750ml bottle pours a hazy gold with loads of frothy, white head. Nose has a little honey comb, dusty couch, some dried grasses, dried citrus. Flavor has more honey, lemon lime soda, perfume, grass, straw, yeast. The mild sweetness is appreciated. Sticky finish.
