Bottle thanks to Bruce. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, yeast, and brett. Medium mouthfeel with nice brett, citrus, yeast, easy to drink, very good.

Bottle @ Steve’s Super Bowl party courtesy of BA Ian. Pours a cloudy yellow appearance with a very fizzy white head. Some lactic notes in the noise with corn, vanilla, lemon, and a bit of Brett. Heavy carbonation. Some dry wine on the finish. Light tropical fruits in the flavor. Pineapple and corn notes. Super fizzy. Eh.
