Bottle. Rosemary, mint, chocolate malt, bourbon, and dry hay aroma. Oil black with small tan head. Moderately sweet bourbon, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter rosemary and dry hay flavor. Nice body - light mint aftertaste. Rosemary is strong but not overpowering - mint influence subtle. Much better than I thought it would be. Really wish they would just do a straight mint version though.

Bottle Ajax received in a trade, thanks man. Pitch black color with very thin white head. The aroma reminds me of mint chocolate ice cream that has completely melted in the bowl. The rosemary is light at first but comes out more as it gets warmer. The herb is a bit over-powering. Very herbaceous for a stout and I really think that the rosemary should have been left out. After 4 oz I really didn’t want anymore. Rarity doesn’t equal a great rating.

Bottle from Skrip in Jerseeeeeeeey. Thanks man!

A - Pitch black pour, looks thick and dense. a 1 finger espresso head that fades quickly.

S - Aroma is straight up Andes candy bars. Mint, chocolate, roasted notes...not getting a lot of rosemary aroma.

T - Well, there is a ton of Mint & Rosemary in this beer..it’s borderline medicinal like one of those Italian Aperitif liqueurs with a ton of mint. The taste on my tongue long after swallowing is like straight up medicine.

M - Dense thick, oily and robitussin finish

O - this was a unique beer to try but the mint and rosemary just do weird things to it.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong mint, rosemary, roast. Medium mouthfeel with strong mint, dark chocolate, roast, rosemary, very nice.
