Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is tropical fruit and grass. Slick body, fruity, grass, light bitterness, good.

0.375l waxed bottle @ Top Hops. This one pours a mild cloudy orange colored body with a nice big lasting and lacing white head. Love the aroma. It's quite tartish in a way. Sour apricot, rhubarb, Brett and zesty small both sweet and sour kumquats. Soft woody wine and mild gooseberries. Wow, this is an absolutely mindblowing lovely aroma. Tastes just as good as it smells. It's superbly bretty, a little sourness without ever being really sour. Lemonic zesty and kinda wood tart. It's above average on the carbonation and almost growing creamy in the mouth. Sorrel and dandelions tartness. To my surprise I get lots of cured salty ham in the finish and aftertaste. Simply a wonderful tasting wild one! 18.06.2015

Bottle - Wonderfully sweet tropical fruit and brett notes. Mango and passion fruit especially. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Sweet tropical fruits, light citrus acidity and bitterness and a bit of sour funk. Finish is tart and bitter.

From notes taken at last week’s Trinity tasting. Aroma has a nice stone fruit and tropical fruit hop and yeast character. The least phenolics and poopiness of the swingline series. Medium light citrus and light malt character. Pours a pale, cloudy, golden straw color with a small white head with decent lacing. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderate tropical fruit and light stone fruit. Pineapple and mango are most prevalent. Medium bitterness, light malt notes and moderate citrus flavors. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, my favorite of the series. No phenolic character or poopiness with loads of tropical fruit and stone fruit form the yeast and hops.

On tap at Saraveza for the 5th IIPA fest, pours an opaque cloudy rusted orange with a small white head. Aroma is extremely fruity, with loads of peach, passionfruit and mango, and a touch of resinous hops. Flavour is intensely fruity upfront, with loads of peaches and grapefruit, followed by intense resinous hop bitterness. Wow, this is fantastic. What a unique IIPA, with an intense fruity hoppiness. Excellent stuff

Bottle @ Avery Sour Fest 2014. This probably should be classified as a Sour/Wild Ale like Red Swingline. Pours a bright, milky yellow appearance with a white head. Really juicy, potent passion fruit / pineapple aroma that is lightly dank and has a bit of lactic. Quit tart flavor. Slight ganja flavor. Pineapple, grapefruit, dandelions. Finishes pretty dry. The aroma is spectacular but I didn’t enjoy the flavor quite as much.
