Draft @ Fat Heads. Color is hazy bright yellow with dense white head, laced the wheat glass. Nose is wheat with a crazy amount of banana and cloves. Interesting flavor, uh... This tastes like banana candy called Runts. Really has a insane amount of banana. Lets face it, it is "Banana’s Gone Wild" clove and wheat are just hints. Yeasty type of body, yet the banana almost feels artificial. Overall, I really love the style and this beer is different because of the crazy amount of banana. Perhaps the brewer did something with a German yeast strain or added a extract, not overly sweet and I drained the glass real easy. A slightly different spin on a classic German style, cool.

On tap at the bocktown, nice place. Really nice pour. Beautify the head. Loads of spicey bubblegum and bananan smells., lots. Very nice lacing fer sure. Lots of babble gum and banana in the taste too, overall quite the spicey beer. Has some bitter hints in there but it s well behaved for the most part. Good overall beer experience.

Draft @ Trion Tavern. Banana, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy straw gold with a large white head. Banana, wheat malt, and clove flavor. Medium creamy body, moderate carbonation.

Draft. Banana, orange, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow with moderate head. Sweet banana, lemon, clove and wheat malt flavor. Light body. Very nice.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a murky orange-apricot color with a medium sized foamy white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was wheaty and musty with faint citrus, bread, clove and bubblegum. The flavor was wheaty and bready with notes of clove, bubblegum and orange. Long finish of bread, clove and orange. Moderately full bodied. Quite nice.

On tap at Mad Mex in Pittsburgh. Pours slightly hazy with small white head. Little thin lacing, light carbonation, and hop aroma. Taste is citrus, spicy hops. This is a wheat ale and not a hefeweizen.

On tap at Fat Heads in Cleveland. Pours a light and murky yellow... almost a whitish tint to it. Big head, even in the sampler glass and aromas that are thick with banana and cloves with a little bit of a grassy edge to them. Flavor is pretty bold... lots of cloves and bananas with a sweet tutti fruitti/candi sugar side to them. Very nice stuff.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a hazy yellow color with a thin white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat and bananas. Light body with flavors of sweet spices, wheat and bananas. Some bubblegum notes as well. The finish is clean and fruity with a wheaty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
