Seems like a bit of a legacy rating going on here. Still, very good big malt red ipa with some light bittering hops aroma. Pours maroon with ok head and lacing. Some copper aroma. Bitter finish. Not bad but not a 100% beer. Easy to drink but not incredible. Tap at Galaxy Hut.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a dark amber color with a slim concave white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Semi-foamy lacing sticks around the glass nicely.
The smell started off with a deep sweet caramel maltiness up front rolling over some light citrus malts. As it warms, gentle spices flow out to surround the aroma.
The taste was mainly malty sweet with the spices and the bitter hops playing softly in the background. Delicate dry to bitter hops and malts lead into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a decent sessionable feel about it. Carbonation felt fine and lead to a nice smoothness all around.
Overall, as an imperial red ale, it works. I’d have again.

Amber with an off white ehad - good hop aroma with fruits and some hints of pine - Good malt back with some caramel and then the hops comes and gives a very good fruity flavour, and there is hints of pine with a nice bitter finish - The caramle malt goes inot the finish with a nice fruity bitterness that almost goes dry in the end, and some hints of warming alcohol comes through in the end - This was real good

Pours rather clear copperbrown . Small white head . Smell is dough , dark malts . Sweet , leaves . Taste is bitter , sharp , bit earthy , some caramel . Slightly chocolaty . Bitter in the finish . Nice !

Keg at Brewdog Shep’s Bush. Clear dark reddy brown coloured pour with a lasting sticky creamy coloured head. Aroma is spiced winter spices, unrefined brown sugar, Belgian yeast, cinnamon. Flavour is really rounded nutty brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and orange spices. Palate is full bodied, velvety, smooth. Lingering tingling spice. Suourb beer. Love it.
