On tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown. Biscuit, chocolate, toast, lightly herbal. Medium body. Nice.

Keg at the brewpub, RBWG ’15, 20/02/15. Chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is toffee, light spice, grain, hint of cocoa. Taste comprises biscuit malt, toffee, pinch of spice, light fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough for style.

Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2015. Pours clear amber with a white foam head. Dry and grainy toast character, some leafy hops, bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Bland finish, some toasted biscuits. So so.

Draft at the source. Pours dark brown white head. Nose/taste of banana, toffee and cocoa. Lighter body.

On tap at the brewery during RBWG. Pours a very dark amber with small white head. The aroma is caramel and toast. Thick mouth, bready malt, caramel, with lingering dry finish.
