Bottle from Some Good Beer. Duvel tulip. Cork pops with a whimper. Clear, golden brew. Pretty much just like Central Sullivan. Smell is different though. Bright, light citrus, yeast, green melon rind, good preceived acid. Light, bright, tangerine, clean. Very different. Cherry pith. Tannic apples, still sharp & somewhat clean. Refreshing, more melon. Second pour introduces some yeasties & a more waxy feel. Thin, strong cola-like carbonation. Sizzling finish. Not crazy complex, but very quaffable, which usually doesn't happen with this sort of methodology.

At tasting at Proletariat. I love the idea of wild foraged apples with everything that is found from one area. Pours slightly cloudy yellow. Nose is apple and bit of grass. Extremely dry cider but then the apple come deep on the finish, you also get some champagne, and peppery zing. High carbonation. Pretty awesome.
