Bottle 330ml. @ [ First Official Randers Tasting ] by HenrikSoegaard, at HenrikSoegaard house, Randers, Denmark. [ As Randers Rock City Weizen ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, grass, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, yeast, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150124]

Bottle. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. oily palate.

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours hazy amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and grain, with notes of fruit. Bitter, hoppy flvour, with fruity and malty notes and touches of yeast. Bitter aftertaste. High carbonation, quite unusually high for the style. Okay but just that.

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, fruits, grass and hops. A little too carbonated.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge white head. Aroma is dry and slight phenolic. Mild fruity, light estery. Bubblegum. Mild spiced and slight herbal medium dry finish.

Tastes somewhere in between a belgian witbier and a german weizen. Wheaty and fruity. Body is a bit thin though and the overall taste is quite flat. Too much carbs as well.

Sample at The Hague beer festival. Pours hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, light fruit, light malt and light citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Sample from tap @ UBF ’14. Pale blonde color, cloudy (as it should be). Off white head. Aroma’s: grain, wheat, just light hints of banana and clove. Additionally light fruity tartness retronasal. Flavor is almost neutral, yeasty, wheat/grain. Light bodied. Slightly dry and light bitter finish.
