Bottle @tasting, thanks to artcmcd8! 2013 Vintage, bottle #164. Pours deep black with a small tan head thad dissipates fairly quickly leaving good lacing. Aroma is roasty, chocolate, whiskey, light chili spice, hints of mint and cinnamon. Flavor is medium sweet and medium bitter, fudgy, cinnamon and hints of chili pepper, boozy. Full body, kind of hot overall, but otherwise excellent.

Woodshed 3.0! Big thanks to dak for saving this whole series and sharing with us. Awesome!! Bottle #071 pours with a dark mahogany colored body and minimal head. The aroma offers up dark roasted malts, dark roasted coffee, some vanilla and some marshmallow and a mild chili pepper note. The taste starts with dark roasted malts, smooth molasses, chocolate and smooth brandy like booze. It then flows into a nice chili pepper heat note riding with the chocolate and a faint cinnamon spice sensation into the finish. This has pleasing richness and balance.

Bottle shared by Corbit/Jim! Pours near black with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of vanilla with sweet dark grains, dark chocolate and a hint of raisins. Flavor begins with dark roasted malts and dark chocolate with growing vanilla and barrel notes.
