Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a dark golden color with a small foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tangy, sweet, sugar, golden fruits, candied ginger and hot pepper. The flavor was tangy and sweet golden fruits and sugar followed by hot pepper and candied ginger. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Alcohol well hidden. Solid.
