Red Racer Pilsner is brewed in the classic Bavarian tradition, using only the finest two-row barley, and hops from the Hallertau region of Germany. This light and golden Pilsner has a distinct hop aroma and flavour, with a dry, crisp finish.

Can: Poured a deep golden color pilsner with a great white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet malt notes with light cereal flavours. Taste is dominated by light sweet cereal notes with light floral undertones. Body is somewhat full with good carbonation. Not as hoppy as I would have expected considering the brewer but refreshing and enjoyable nonetheless.

Part of their mixed 6-pack, summer sampler 2013 at the LCBO. Pours a clean golden colour with a decent white head that gives out dirty-sticky lace. Mild sweet malt aromas. The taste as well reflects the light sweetness, but the grassy hop balances things well to make this a nice, easy-going, but better than macro, pilsner.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out grassy hops, unmistakeable lager yeast, hay ad cereal. Flavour brings out a wonderful bite, full of grassy hops, some cereal grains, and a little corn. Characterized by a wonderfully grassy hop bite. Delicious thirst-quenching pilsner. One of Central City's best!

Draught at the brewpub
Pale blond color; small head but nice lace. The aroma is indistinct. The flavor is quite bold, some malt and strong bitterness, better than the average Lager.
Not impressive or aromatic, but a solid Lager nevertheless.
