A triple beer. The colour is blonde to slightly amber. The beer has a sweet to spicy taste. A traditional beer with high fermentation level, produced in small quantities, using only natural ingredients: hops, yeast, water, spices and barley malt.

Slightly cloudy amber color with a thick white head that settles quickly and leaves slight lacing. Lots of effervescence. Aroma of rubber and metal, with some malts evident. Acidic throughout, especially in the finish; some bread and citrus, but not enough to shine through the acid. A bit thin and oily. A problem-laden brew, maybe an infection.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, orange colour with a big but not very persistent, slightly off-white frothy head. Moderately sweet malty and yeasty nose with shy notes of overripe fruits and a touch of band aid. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Pale and cara-malt character with slightly sourish fruity notes, accompanied by yeasty and hoppy spice. Sweet-bitter phenolic and slightly alcoholic finish. Definitely not one of my favourite Triples (25.V.09).

Bottle, 9%. Hazy orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour starts off metallic, there is some vinous sourness, a bit like white wine. Quite yeasty as well. Has some alcohol which gives it an OK mouthfeel, but also a little bitter aftertaste.

Bottled. Clear amber color, short dying head, just some lace. Aroma of citrus, hint of caramel, slight butter and alcohol, acidic. Sweet and citrussy taste, alcoholic, sugar, metal, some oranges. Strange and unbalanced brew.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr/Ungstrup. Pours a very hazy amber golden with a dense, off-white head that leaves some laces. Sweet aroma of fruit but also some diacetyl. Quite full-bodied with a solid malt base and plenty of fruit and an unpleasant, chemical tang. Subdued bitterness. Yet another flawed and unpleasant brew from a once very capable brewery. 120108

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Aroma is mild yeasty but also slight chemical. Flavour is solid metallic, again. Mellow malty and yeasty blend. Ends with more of the same but also with a slight detergent note.

Bottle. Clear light amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate yeasty, toffee, mazipan, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (291107)

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with off-white foamy head. Leaves nice lace. Aroma is flowery, perfume and a lot of yeast. Flavour is alcohol, yeast, fruits and earth. Oily palate. Some spices also. Rather unbalanced.
