Aroma is moderate malty, bread - dark bread, dark malt, sweet malt, caramelized malt, burnt sugar - malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, burnt sugar, caramelized malt, sweet malt, dark malt, bread. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160625]

330 ml bottle at Ulfborg. Dark brown to black color with beige brown head. Malty aroma, caramel, bread, licorice, cola, raisins, soy sauce, alcohol. Moderate sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, a little roasted malt, light soy and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 250616

Very dark brown beer and a dark colored head, with brown foam. Standard bock aroma and flavors, lager yeast, caramel. Medium sweet, but also an earthy character.

Bottle sampled at Festival der Bierkulturen, Koln. Pours near black with a small beige head. Aroma of intense malt, raisin, marmite and caramel. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
