Our Screamin’ Reels India Pale Ale is anything but pale. The hops in this beer slam your tongue like a school of Dolphin in the spread, making those reels scream! This hoppy Florida IPA also pays homage to the West Coast style.

Can from ABC in Cape Coral enjoyed at home. Pours a hazy bright yellow with a decent sized head that slowly recedes. Old school feel with a firm bready caramel malt backbone. Citrus and pine with plenty of bitterness to balance.

Can (5/11/22) pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! It's a hazy dark orange-light brown with nice sparkle, 2-finger off-white foamy head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is caramel malts, dank woods/pine. Taste is strong dank, resiny pine, milder grapefruit and citrus over caramel malts. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a tribute to the West Coast style for sure. Not where I am these days but they got what they were shooting for.

Tap at Doc Fords on Sanibel Island. Lighter clear Amber gold. Nose is light pine and resin. Tastes of pine, resin, hint of citrus, earthy bitters and some candy. Watery palate as is south Florida custom. The ticks keep on coming.

From a can, paired with fresh blackened grouper at the Winter Park Fish Company. Mostly clear medium yellow with an average white head. Aroma of light tropical fruit and citrus. Well balanced moderate bitterness and malts. Not a bad IPA.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a clear golden color. Aroma was grassy notes, some armpit. Earthy hops and a touch of skunk. Wished it had more of a citrus note to it, mostly earthy, some light orange. Ah well, their other offerings have been pretty good...
