Bottle picked up from Craftbeer-Shop Webshop, Germany and consumed at home Attenkirchen Thursday 5th March 2020 whilst listening to Steve Lamaqs Round Table on 6Music and cooking Chilli Con Carne, homemade Salsa and Guacamole. Pours hazy orange/amber with a rapidly departing frothy off white head. A little citrussy, light bitterness, this was very pleasant until I inexplicably knocked the whole glass flying over the bedroom wall, floor and bedside table.

Intense citrus nose. Hazy pale amber colour, good two finger creamy off-white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma pale malts, pomelo, lemon, grain, grass. Smooth mouthfeel, taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, citrus, pine resin. Sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity, grainy notes; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, well-made mild IPA, easy to drink.

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, some floaties visible, small and stable off-white head, moderate sweet-bitter nose of pale malt, yeast, flowery hops and a tinge of cough syrup; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and a bit tart; lingering dryish-bitter finish with floral, fruity and yeasty spots. Quite O.K. ...

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, golden to light-amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly sweet and bready malty aroma with fruity and delicately piney hops, including notes of citrus, grapefruit and pineapples. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly bready malty base with a mildly citric and slightly tropical-fruity hoppy bite, accompanied by yeasty, slightly phenolic spice; mildly bitter hoppy and fruity finish with a slightly sweet malty backbone. Quite flawless, yet unspectacular IPA. 04.VI.17

Bottle. High bitterness. Slightly muddled malty backbone, maybe even too strong with light caramelly-toasted contribution. Fruity citrusy hops character. Good one.
