Smooth textured winter ale full of seasonal fruitiness. It is chestnut red in colour and maintains a thin head.

Cask at Doric Arch. Pours amber brown with an off white head. Aroma of red fruit, malt and yeast. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at the Doric Arch, Euston, London. Poured a reddish brown. Weak malty aroma. Weak malty flavour! Nothing special... like most reds.
