The endless complexity of our first ever IPA has continued to evolve, with each iteration building on the last. A virtual labyrinth of elaborate flavors such as grapefruit, tangerine, and peach meander to more earthy and resinous tones. Our goal is to leave you astonished dumbfounded, and confounded as the flavors unfurl with each new sip. Like a masterpiece we never intend to finish, we will continue to endlessly explore and craft this boundless enigma for years to come.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt golden amber color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some citrusy, floral and piney hoppiness up front with a light malty tone underneath
Flavor: bittersweet qualities running through the prior noted aromas; mild piney to floral aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability about it. Semi-smooth along the tongue; finishes crisp and floral and light dryness
Overall: nice enough IPA I believe I could come back to.

Light brassy copper colour. Spicy, floral nose is appetizing with pear, jasmine. Nice bitterness, florals, good balance. Fresh, subtle yeast character.
