This Amber Ale is soured with lactobacillus, which gives a softer form of acidity that is easy drinking and not too harsh. The flavor is that of apricots and tart peaches. Hop flavor and aroma are minimal, and the mouthfeel is light and refreshing. This is a beer that will drink well on a summer day.

Extremely light, hints of fruit, slight hints of lacto. Very light and thin though 😥

Sample at Gabf. Pours a hazy copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is sour fruit, wood, lacto. Thin body, sour fruit, wood, earthy malt, tart finish, good.

Hazy light amber. Mildly tart, though the nose doesn’t necessarily hint at it. It’s a bit woody, the overall character is simple and quite frankly it doesn’t go anywhere. Needs something.
