"A schnozberry? Who ever heard of a schnozberry?" -Veruca Salt
To make this fruited hefeweizen, we use over a pound of real, whole fruit raspberries per gallon. Because we use real fruit, it’s bright red and is full of tart raspberry flavor, with a crisp finish that’s not overly sweet. No extracts, no fillers, no fuss. Cheers!

Growler thanks to Matt! Pours red with a touch of amber, large pink head, fizzy with decent lacing. Aroma is raspberry, wheat, lemon. Flavor is the same, light sweet, light tart. Light body. A nice effort.
