An American-style, unfiltered wheat ale made with Northeast Florida honey. In addition to the wheat, it has a touch of rye and sweet orange peel to add complexity. The aromatics can be fully enjoyed as the beer warms.

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a cloudy deep amber color with a khaki head and decent retention. Almost no lacing. Grainy aroma. The flavor has some caramel and wheat notes initially, followed by strong honey notes in the finish. The citrus notes are very subtle. Definitely more honey flavor than most honey beers. An interesting mix between the rye wheat and honey. Unique, and a nice change. Medium body. Medium-light carbonation with a slick mouthfeel. Not bitter. And the 6.3% ABV is well hidden.
