22 oz. bottle. Pours a dark, murky orange with a thin to medium beige head. The aroma is apricots, grass, and slight earth and spices. The flavor is sweet and citrusy and the finish is sharply bitter and lingers. The palate is medium to heavy, sticky and astringent. Overall, a great example of hops done well. Not subtle or balanced, but tasty.

650 ml bottle from bierzwerg.de. Light amber/golden, a bit hazy apperance and medium off-white head. Smells of pine, citrus, grass, grapefruit, caramel/toffee and hops in general. Very nice smelling. Flavour is dry with appropriate bitterness. Light to medium bodied and good carbonation. Good APA, one of the better.

bottle from Bierzwerg. clear golden yellow, large white head. Lovely hoppy nose, grassy and citrussy. Medium-bodied, solid malty base with loadas and loads of green hops, resiny, grassy and citrussy. Not bitter but still immensely hoppy. A delicious beer.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Orange to amber colored. Strong aroma’s of fresh, grassy, juicy hops, some resin & citrus notes. Flavor is relatively mild, a bit malty and fruity with a mild bitterness that lingers for long time. Very tasty.

Light copper color. Very very freshly cut hops exude from the nose. Strong heady, hemp like smell. Awesome. A touch of caramel shows up. Mouth is hop accented, but balanced. Moderate bitter finish. Amzaing pale ale.

22 oz. bottle, pours dark copper with a small white head. Grassy hops, pine and citrus on the nose, more reminiscent of an IPA. Flavour of smooth, resiny, piney hops, grass and citrus. Certainly one of the best pale ales I've tried yet.

Sample at the From The Vine beer tasting on 11/12/2010: Pours an amber-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Spotty lacing. Floral hops and citrus aroma. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, floral hops and malt. The finish is earthy hops with a citrus aftertaste. Above average overall.

bottle - Pours deep copper with a big, well lacing head and an assertive citrus hop aroma. The flavor is of crisp hops with notes of citrus and a good backing of caramel malt. This medium bodied brew is exceptionally well balanced and finishes with clean, crisp, hops bitterness. Very enjoyable. What a great session brew.

Bottle. Poured a clear amber orange with a frothy tan head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was mainly citrus with a hint of pine, grass and hay. Flavor began with citrus, but grass hops grew and a bit of pine and grains in the finish.
