After brewing and fermentation, CH’TI beers are kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam. The Triple is brewed since 1997.

Mandler sier Odd Gunnar. Lett drikkbar sier jeg. Fint filmskum, klar og gylden.

Large slightly coarse offwhite head. Clear amber body with light carbonation. Spicy herbal grassy aroma is quite faint. Dryish grassy fruity taste with mealy oily notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish spicy strawy aftertaste with dusty fruity notes. It’s OK, but kind of boring. (0.33l bottle, from wine monopoly web order.)

23.03.2014, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice creamy longlasting head. Aroma is very mild, dried fruits, yeast, light malts, flowers, hints of honey. Taste is slightly harsh grainy, light malts, alcohol, hay, sugar, flowers, almond essence, wet grain, honey. Medium bitterness, harsh grainy mouthfeel. Meh!

Sehr sehr komisches Bier.

Standard tripel beer, brewed by the French, but it is very Belgian. Just regular.

Bottle shared with and courtesy of Deanso. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeasty with a little malt. The flavour is medium bitter, yeast, malt, woody. Not a great Tripel but not as bad as others seen to think IMO.
