I found some notes from the Extreme beer fest in 2016 I had this beer, it was a draft sample Lots of maple with roasty earthy notes and a bit of alcohol warming.

Draft - need label - pours black tan head - nose/taste of maple, oak, roast chocolate, coffee and vanilla - medium body.
