After a usual brewing and fermentation cycle, champagne marc is together with with sugar and yeast added to the bottle. It thus develops subtle and delicate aromas that will delight your taste buds. This clever blend is meant to be a link between beer and champagne. The marc is indeed produced by the distillation of the solid parts of the grape used for the production of Champagne wines.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus and wheat, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry and wheaty finish.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
Cloudy light blond color. It has a strange meaty aroma. Common Ale flavor, very simple, on the dry side, with light lemon peel touch. Nothing Special here… Boring.
