This Munich Helles has a balanced malt flavor that finishes with crisp noble hops. The combination makes this beer perfect for a day at the ballpark or a summer cookout.

Another new beer and new can thanks to Trent!
It pours a hazy honey colour with a small head of foam. It shrinks but doesn’t leave the scene completely...islands, ring around the glass, nice lacing.
I get some sweet and fruity notes in the smell, some of that fruit being citrus..lemon, orange? Nice.
Bready malt starts things off with some orange and lemon, more of the former than the latter, backing the bread up. There’s a certain earthiness going on with this Lager that I really enjoy. And the hops are doing their thing, Noble style. That’s always a good way to go.
As good a mouthfeel as I can get in a Vienna Lager.
Man, I dig this. Superb in so many ways. More of this style that is as well made as this, please!

On tap at Haymarket. Pours a clear golden amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains with some sweet grassy hops and a hint of popcorn. Flavor is sweet grain note throughout with a bit of butterscotch and sweet grassy hops.

Sample at Ale Wine & Spirits in Powell on 04/27/2012. Pours a clear yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of bready malt and mild hops. Light body with flavors of herbal hops, doughy malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is short with a grainy hops aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

Can. Creamy barley malt, pepper, and hay aroma. Clear golden yellow color with large white head. Mildly sweet creamy barley malt flavor with a light hay/grass bitterness. Nice body. Very tasty.
