Sample at The Union as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/22/2017. Brown-black color with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of malt, mint and bourbon. Medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, Irish creme and oaky bourbon. The finish is slightly boozy with a mint chocolate aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Bottle - pours black tan head - nose/taste of irish cream, bourbon, vanilla - medium body - dry finish

Bottle - Nice dark bourbon notes. Jet black with a small white head. Dark roast, Woody barrel notes, raisin and a long finish. Some herbal and spicy notes show up in the finish.
