Draft - Toast and dark roast. Jet black with a decent light brown head. Dark sweet roast with a nice dark roasty bitter finish. Solid.

Draft: Nearly black with a tan head. Chocolate, vanilla, lightly smoked aroma. Flavour is slightly ashy, roasty chocolate malt, coffee.. Very tasty...good, solid body and rich flavours.

Dark with a beige head. Roasted and chocolate with some light smoke. A bit nutty, too. Pretty solid porter.

Sample at Cat’s Den as part of Ohio Brew Week. Dark brown pour with a medium tan head that recedes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and coffee. Medium-bodied with flavors of smoked malt, coffee and chocolate. The finish is roasty with a smoky malt aftertaste. Above average overall.
