CORNET is an oaked, strong, blond Belgian beer (Alc. 8.5% Vol.). Its subtle touch of vanilla is achieved by adding oak chips during brewing. Brewed in honour of Salomon de Maldeghem, Knight in the 11th century.

Bottle on 20th July 2024 from Brussels Zuid/Midi station. Pours hazy amber with thick, lasting white foam and scant lacing. Grassy hop aroma. Pines, resins, citruses and grasses in-mouth, and a herbal finish. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Fajne z wielka piana,trwala, wielka niczym maczuga herkulesa w ojcowskim parku narodowym. Zlociste, musujace, lekko slodkawe, chmielne, rześki smak po prostu przyjemne delukatne piwo, alko nie wyczuwalne. Jak to lubia opisywac niektórzy pijalne.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca grana medio/fine persistente, color giallo oro velato, al naso è intensa fruttata lieviti belgi spezie pera vaniglia leggero legno, in bocca è aromatica pera mela miele, corpo rotondo, carbonazione forte, dolce con amaro moderato, secca nel finale. L’affinamento con il legno è delicato e non invadente. Un’ottima birra equilibrata e ben bevibile. c. Iper Varese 09.03.24

Servida en su copa, color amarillo dorado, gran actividad de carbonatación, burbujas finas, genera una enorme cantidad de espuma blanca de excelente retención. Aroma a cereal, levadura, cítricos, pan fresco, banana, especias. En boca entra vivaz, limpia, abriéndose paso con matices dulces y ligeramente cítricos, notas de cereal, malta levadura, madera, naranja madura, kumquat, especias...amargor muy contenido y presente en el retrogusto. Definitivamente una cerveza muy interesante, digna de probar, muy disfrutable.
