The multi-faceted and aptly-named Mosaic hop is the star of this juicy, resinous, low ABV expression of IPA.

Appearance is clear golden, with a big rocky white head. Aroma is citrus, lemon meringue, fruity hops, cereal malt hints. Taste is zesty fruity hops, citrus, mango, crisp hops, peppery hints, creamy malt background. ‘11’ version: appearance is hazy golden, with a 1-finger clingy white head. Aroma is orange, grapefruit, pineapple, hoppy tropical fruit. Taste is bitter hops, juicy fruit, pineapple, orange and mango, hoppy tropical fruit, hop resin. Very good session IPA.

Can 330ml (KSM Kampus, canned 16.10.19)
A bit hazy yellow colour, small white head. A bit bready, fruity aroma. Some gasoline. Light-bodied. Bready flavour with some citrus and tropical fruits. Watery finish. Suprisingly bready 2 months after canning. Neh.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours light hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma is incredibly juicy. So much fresh citrus, sweet pressed oranges, light passion fruit tropicalness, fresh mosaic. Wow! Taste is juicy, dank, hoppy, lots of classic mosaic notes, dry, bitter. Amazing use of my favorite hop!

Draught (O'Connor's, Uppsala) - Hazy light amber. Orange, mango and grapefruit in the aroma. Hoppy and tangy, but slightly tired, taste with orange, peach, mandarin and mango standing out. Perfectly ok but not sure how fresh it is.

Can from Utobeer, Borough. As 11 Session IPA so presume it's this. Floral and spice aroma with an unappealing stagnant whiff. Opaque pale orange amber. The white head initially starts off frothy but fades quickly leaving a few floaters. Mesium bitter. Citrus and onions. A punch of spice and underlying malts. Medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Decent enough, but for me another Session IPA that no note than that.

Can, 4.2%. Gold with a modest white head. Some light crackers beneath ruby grapefruit, passionfruit and pine. Sweet yielding to bitter and slightly astringent with all the action in the hops. Pleasant enough with vibrant hops but nothing else.
