750 ml bottle. The beer is hazy and medium light brown. Pretty big head, lots of fine foam lacing. Peach, caramel, lacto, somewhat buttery. Lots of oak. The peaches have some strength but get a bit overwhelmed by the caramel and barrel. Fairly sour. Pretty buttery. The peach flavor is much weaker in the taste. Strong sour caramel malt flavor. Some sweetness beneath the strong tartness. Taste is quite muddied. Light to medium body. Pretty strong pucker. I just don’t like this one much. Odd fruit flavor with a lot of barrel and soured malt.

Capped 750 shared by Marcus. Pours hazy orange/copper/brown. Tan head. Orange is pale stone fruit, arguably Brandy. Med body or so. Flavor is peach, brnndy/grape, wood. Mildly tart/sour. Very dry. Very peach in a dry way.
