Poured from 500mL bottle (harvest 2016), quite explosive when opened. Very hazy blonde gold with minimal white head. Vinous riesling character, mild tart funk, enjoyable.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of musty grape skins, some wild yeast, and a little oaky, vinous notes. Flavour is moderately acidic, with lots of musty grape skins, oak, and musty earthiness. Not the most cohesive or complex, but I do like the Riesling character; lots of musty grape skins on the finish.

bottle. Pours clear golden, small white head, small ring, no lacing. Aroma is vinous, oak, hints of acetone. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk, a bit sharp. Light body, low carbonation.

Tap at Takanoya. Clear golden color with lace. Wine, acetic acid, white grapes in the nose. Flavor is tart but not at all acetic, vinous, Riesling, nice malt. Sharp, fruity, tasty.

Bottle, shared by Logan. Pours a hazy yellow color, with a small, fleeting, bubbly, white head. The nose is Lemon juice, apricot, vanilla, and salt. Very tart flavor, and pretty sweet and citrusy. Medium body, with a sharp, very acidic mouthfeel. This is a pretty nice sour, but it's a little too aggressive. I didn't get any Riesling, which is a shame.

Draft at the source. Hazy pale yellow, white head. Aroma of tart fruits. Taste is tart fruit, white grapes, funk, oak, white wine. Nice.
