Bottle thnx to Yarric. Pours intense black, small , nearly no , tanned head. Smell is intense, vanilla shows, barrel, whiskey, roasty, very intense. Thick. Taste is full, intense, sweet, vanilla, whiskey, oak, thick bodied, lower carbo, chocolate, typical wakefiels thickness, and sharp, sweet chocolatyness. Very nice !

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out black topped with a small tan ring of a head. Nose is big vanilla rye barrel notes some spice and chocolate coffee. Taste is more of the nice vanilla forward plenty wood barrel notes and roast malts.

Bottle at the 10th Boise Imperial Stout Tasting. Dark brown color with a thin brown head. Aroma of chocolate and vanilla, roast, and barrel notes. Quite a bit of heat, seems a little thin and syrupy. Vanilla taste mostly, some chocolate, and more barrel notes.

Bottle. Pours a very dark brown with small tan head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong rye, vanilla bean, roast, bourbon. Thick, chewy, vanilla, rye, wood, nice roast bitterness, very nice.
