Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours pale gold with fine bubbles and a white head. Aroma is sort of lacto/lemon. Med minus body. Flavor is lemon, lacto and some wheatiness. It is prickly with carbonation, and it is very light and refreshing. There’s no acidity to the sour. Well almost none. Easy drinking.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a hazy yellow color with a small head. The aroma has some peach and weird melon notes. The flavor is ok with low to medium tartness. Appropriate levels for the style. Some cantaloupe, peach and watermelon. A little watery on the palate. Refreshing, but a bit boring. Nothing hugely off.
