Bottle, 75cl. It pours a reddish dark brown body and a small, dense, light beige head. Raisins, some chocolate, berries, hints of vinegar and some woody hints. Thereβs some roasted notes, both in the aroma and the flavor. The flavor is quite lemony, with dried fruits, vinegar and some wood. Full to medium body, a bit too heavy on the carbonation, dry and tart. Itβs a nice beer, but I have to say Iβm a little bit disappointed. 121124

Pours mahogany-tinged black into a snifter. Tan head with little retention recedes to mottle rim. Dark caramel, dusty chocolate and sour cherry aromas. Sharp with puckering chocolate-covered sour cherries front to back. Lasting sour pit fruit finish.
