In my point of view, it is a good tripel, on the way of a weizen bock, fruity, apricot, malty, some hop but not so bitter, yeast. 18.09.2017, drinking it at home, Lausanne, Prélaz.

Huge grassy,citrus hop aroma, ome yeast, and light grains. Unusual soft mouth feel, low to medium carb. Really nice citrus flavor, some wet grass too, and some minerals. High bitter finish.

Bottle from Trondheim Airport duty free. Belgian aroma. Murky orange, perhaps due to plenty of sediment. Lovely profile blending belgian yeast, hops and boozy vodi.

Fles 50cl thuis. IBU40. Fruitig, redelijk zacht, wat banaan, kandijsuiker, vrij zoet, bittertonen, wat rookmouten?, steenfruit, wat yeasty, abrikoos. (11-11-2023).

Hazy golden colour, nose of banana, citrus, coriander, fruity, light bitter finish. Very well balanced and good!

Keg at Wild Beer at Wapping Wharf in Bristol, Aug 2016. Pours hazed yellow with a white head. Aroma: doughy, white sugar, yeasty. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet, yeast, doughy malts, candy sugar. Medium to full body with lively carbonation.
