Tipopils is an “archetypal” beer: it embodies and corresponds to the idea of light beer settled in our DNA over many centuries. Produced by infusion with Caramunich- and Pilsner-type barley malts, brewed with a popular German bottom-fermenting yeast. German bittering and aromatic hops used both in warm and cold hopping (dry hopping). It is coarsely filtered to remove some of the yeast.

On tap at Dive 106. Pours slightly hazy straw orange. Floral, tangerine, white grape, gooseberry, slightly sweet, finish is clean. Medium body. Good.

Bottle. Clear golden color with particles, ig white head, fine, persistent, lacing. Smell: clean. Flavor: crisp malts, grass, straw, leaves, bread, hints of citrus, fresh hops. Taste: balanced, with a sourish note and light but pungent bitterness. Carbonation: medium intense for the style. Finish: dry, clean This is a famous one, personally i'm into other more eccentric styles but a good old pilsener once in a while is a good thing, and this one is very good, clean, refined, classic.

On tap at Draft & Dreams Bologna. Clear golden, medium white head. Malty, bit grainy, smooth, moderate lasting bitterness in finish. Light bodied. Easy drinkable.

Hay nose, subtle white pepper accents. Clear yellow, thick head. Hay, tangy lemon. Light body, easy carbonation. Too fruity, in my humble opinion.

Clear medium golden, good frothy white head, good retention, sticky lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, biscuit, grain, grass, lemon. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, biscuit, light lemon. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity and dusty notes, good clean, smooth pilsner.

Bottle from delicatessen in Brunico. A gentle barley aroma. Normal apperance. Incredibly good ending which showed a harmonious balance of hops, malts and pilsner bitterness. Fantastic pilsner. (18/12/19) _____ Bottle at home bought in brunico. Half bland half very fresh and hopppy. Milky and flowers. 3.3 to 3.2

Tap @ Rbabarrab. Pours clear golden with a medium white head. Aromas of crisp pils malts, citrus, floral. Taste is pale malty, citrus, biscouits, floral, light bitter finish.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul aningen disig vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. MJuk rund och medelsöt kropp, med bröd, säd och lite fruktig sötma. Gräsig och lite örtigt jordig beska, qumkuats. Lättdrucken, bra balans och fina nyanserade smaker. En modern lager som inte går all in på humlen. Gott

Can from Beer Karma, New York. Recommended by the friendly dude at Beer Karma as part of a conversation on glorious Lager. And this is glorious indeed. Aroma is grainy malt with straw, grassy hops, hay, straw. Flavour is light sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Wow. Why can't this be the standard for Pilsener? It's unfair.

Tap at Gar Eden. Aroma is bit plastic, light lemon and wheat. Bit Belgian. Taste is nice enough. Little bit sweet, fruity, not so grainy. Nice.
