J Wakefield: this is batch 9: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is pretty interesting... pretty fruity... but not the way you would expect. Very fruity, sweet, no bitterness. Is what it is.

Sampled on draft at the Homestead location this beer poured a very murky peach color with a medium sized foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was cat pee, pine and lemon. The flavor was orange juice, pine and cactus. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

4 oz. draft Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Boston, 23 September, 17. Hazy golden appearance. Aroma is honey, white grapes, light floral hops. Balance is pretty great; honey and white grapes make the backbone with hop flavors showing no bitterness. This reminds me of a Trillium series, ummm. Well, this is tasty.
