Last Snow is an ode to that special time in Florida where the needle dips just south of 75 - even for the briefest of moments. This rich, creamy porter is layered with coconut and freshly-roasted coffee and then aged in rum barrels for a taste that recalls a winter wonderland - even if, in our state, that's just a state of mind.

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a glass. Clear dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is rum alcohol, medium body, lower carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is Booze and alcohol rum.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish black, medium creamy tan head, good lacing. Aroma is coconut, mega-rum, overwhelmingly strong, more cococnut, ashtrays. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, really really rummy, heavy handed coconut. It kind of tastes like suntan lotion mixed with Malibu. Lightish body. Thank you Homer for trying to steer me clear of this one; fuck me for not listening. This is some terrible shit. It even pulled barn016 out of rating retirement to agree with me :)

Bottle thanks to Homie don’t play that. Bro is way more chill than br3auxshine. Pours a very dark brown with medium tan head. The aroma is strong coconut, dark chocolate, wood, rum. Medium body, coconut, roast, wood, boozy, very good.

22 oz bottle shared. Black with light tan head. Aromas of syrup, coconut, cocoa, chocolate, caramel. Tastes of coconut, cocoa, roasty notes, coffee, spirits, oak. Medium body with a dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle into a snifter showing pitch black with half a finger of latte colored foam. The nose is extremely coconut forward with light rum in the background. The palate is highly carbonated with a perfect foamy and airy porter mouthfeel. Very coconut forward with a moderately coffee tartness. Lightly rum background and light coffee bean on the mid-palate. Finish is more coconut slightly tamed by the rum into a minty mouthfeel.
