We've used loads of hops from North America - Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo, Citra and Cascade - because we just love the bold aromas they bring to the beer. To balance out all this hoppy goodness we've added lots of Rye, plus some pale ale and cara malt

Bottle. Brownish amber beer with a light head. The aroma is roasted with toffee and bitterness. The flavour has some maltiness and richness, but is generally roasted and bitter with toffeeness. Overall a reasonable bitter beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3rd beer of the 24th Sep 2014 Virtual bar thread. 330ml bottle:BBD 31st Mar 2015. To make it feel at home I poured it (twice) into a gold rimmed ’Yuengling brewery’ stemmed glass. Loved the colour and depth of the beige head on both pours, cracking toffee reddy brown body, clear and bright. Toffee in the nose too, but only because my mind was in ’toffee mode’ because of the colour. The hops took over once I realised what was actually filling my nasal organ. Crisp, citrus and pine notes are the real aromas from this interesting beer. The bitterness from the hops are only partly tempered by the Rye and other malts and I liked the way it allowed the hops to show off their prowess. Decent and well worth trying.

Bottle sample at the Great British Beer Festival in Belgrade. Deep clear golden color. Nice lightly spiced aroma, with lightly spiced rye bread flavor.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear brown color with small creamy off-white head, poor lacing and flat visible carbonation. Aroma of caramel, citrus, cereals, dried fruits and raspberry. Taste starts with light sweet caramel and toffee, follows by grainy, grassy and earthy notes with mild spicy mouthfeel and medium bitter finish. Medium to full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. This one is a bit too balanced for my taste, otherwise good D.R.Y.E. I.P.A.
